Instructions
- Add the pancake mix, cocoa powder, and milk into a bowl or shaker. Whisk or shake until a smooth batter is formed.
- Heat a pan on medium. Add some coconut oil and wait until it melts.
- Pour the batter into the hot pan 1/4 cup at a time. Cook until bubbles form on the top side, then flip and cook until both sides are golden-brown.
- Serve on a plate and top with Coconut Protein Cream if desired.
