100 ml | warm water |
For the filling: | |
80 ml | tomato passata/sieved tomatoes (seasoned with salt, pepper, and oregano) |
2 slices | ham |
1 handfull | baby spinach |
3 | brown mushrooms |
1/4 | onion |
50 g | low-fat mozzarella |
Preparation:
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180° C.
- Add the Protein Pizza mix and water into a bowl. Mix until a smooth dough is formed.
- Roll the dough onto a floured piece of parchment paper. Spread tomato sauce over half of it.
- Dice the mushrooms and onion. Spread over the tomato sauce with the other ingredients.
- Brush a bit of water over the edges of the pizza crust. Fold the half with no toppings on top of the filled half and press tightly to seal the edges.
- Bake the pizza calzone for 25-30 minutes until it is golden-brown.
