Preparing the low-fat cherry peach tiramisu
- First, wash halve and core the peaches, then cut them into cubes. Pour the morello cherries into a sieve, collecting the juice in a bowl.
- Mix the low-fat quark with some cherry juice and the vanilla sugar in a bowl.
- Cut up your chocolate and crumble the pumpernickel. Mix them together and set aside.
- Layer the ingredients into two glasses. Start with the pumpernickel chocolate mixture, then the cherries and peaches, then the quark – repeat. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Decorate before serving.
