Ingredients:

150 g | endive salad |
1 | orange (medium) |
25 g | walnuts |
1/2 | lemon |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
1/2 tsp | mustard |
1 tbsp | honey |

- Wash, dry and spin the salad, then chop it down to bite size. Set aside in a bowl.
- Peel the orange and remove the white skin with a knife. Cut the fruit segments out of each divided piece. Catch the juice in a bowl and squeeze out the orange skins, then add them to the segments.
- Halve your lemon and squeeze one half.
- Take 5 tbsp of the squeezed orange juice and mix with the lemon juice. Add the honey, mustard, salt and pepper and stir. Gradually stir in the olive oil using a whisk.
- Add the dressing to the salad, then add the orange segments and pulp.
- To finish, crumble the walnuts over the top of the salad and serve.
