80 g | whey protein natural by foodspring |
15 g | baking powder |
125 g | low-fat quark |
50 g | soft butter |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
a pinch of salt |
Preparing the protein pizza dough
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Mix the whey protein with baking powder and some salt.
- Combine the butter and quark into a smooth mixture. Pour the cream into your protein mixture. Work it all into a smooth dough.
- Roll out your dough and brush with olive oil.
- Top the pizza with whatever you like.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
