Tip:
You can add crab or shrimps to the scrambled eggs for an extra protein kick.
Preparing the scrambled eggs with wholegrain bread
- Beat the eggs in a glass and stir in the milk. Add salt and pepper.
- Heat up your pan and melt some coconut oil.
- Add the egg mixture to your preheated pan and fry a little bit.
- Flip it using a spatula.
- Toast your wholegrain bread.
- Serve your eggs on a plate with some chives.
- Enjoy!
