For optimal strength-training workouts, we recommend that you consume the Energy Aminos together with the Creatine Powder immediately pre-workout, and the Whey Protein after your training or in the morning. We recommend the following daily dosage as follows:
- Energy Aminos: mix 20g with 400ml of water approximately 20 min pre-workout.
- Creatine Powder: mix 5g with at least 200ml of water immediately pre-workout.
- Whey Protein: mix 30g with 300ml of water after your training or in the morning.
For optimal recovery we recommend to consume the L-Glutamine as well as Zinc and Magnesium Capsules post-workout.
- L-Glutamine: take 4 capsules per day if you workout more than 3 times a week.
- Zn:Mg: take 3 capsules on an empty stomach before bed. 2 hours after your last meal. Do not combine with dairy products.
