- You will need:
- 1 Protein Brownies Baking Mix
- 175ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 3 tbsp foodspring Peanut Butter
- optional: Peanuts and chopped dark chocolate
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Blend the baking mix into a batter according to the instructions on the packet. Pour into the baking pan and bake for around 20 minutes in the oven.
- Allow to cool slightly, remove from the pan and garnish with peanut butter. You can also add nuts and/or chocolate according to taste.

Ultimate Double Chocolate Brownies

- You will need:
- 1 Protein Brownies Baking Mix
- 175ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp milk (1.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 55g foodspring Coconut Oil
- 70g agave syrup
- a little sea salt
- optional: 1 handful of Nuts & Berries by foodspring
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Blend the baking mix into a batter according to the instructions on the packet. Pour into the baking pan and bake for around 20 minutes in the oven.
- Allow to cool slightly, then remove from the pan.
- For the ganache, melt the coconut oil and mix with the other ingredients. Then pour over the brownies. Garnish with Nuts & Berries according to taste.
